1 Introduction & Eligibility

2 Eligibility & Age Limit

• You may only maintain one account and must not create multiple accounts.

Providing false information at registration will result in immediate account termination and all deposited funds may be forfeited. hb77 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents at any time — including a national ID, passport, or driving license.

3 Account Registration & Management

When registering an account at hb77, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person is permitted to hold only one account.

• Keep your account password strictly confidential — hb77 is not responsible for any loss resulting from hacking or unauthorized access.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
• To update your account details, contact support and provide proof of identity.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Below are the deposit and withdrawal rules that apply at hb77:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 BDT. Maximum deposit: subject to the individual limits of each payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals on KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 3–7 minutes.
• Hb77 reserves the right to carry out additional verification on any suspicious transactions.
• Transactions are supported via all accepted payment methods, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming. Using deposits for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Hb77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following conditions must be met in order to claim and use these bonuses:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on the offer page.
• The welcome bonus is available once per account only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become eligible for withdrawal only after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Any bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or manipulating the system — will result in account termination.
• Hb77 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if a user is found to be ineligible.
• Bonus offers that reach their expiry date are automatically cancelled.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting on hb77:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled, except for certain eligible cash-out options.
• Bets must be placed before an event begins, or within the designated time window for live betting.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, hb77 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Any bet linked to match-fixing or manipulation will be voided.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.

In the event of a disputed bet, hb77's decision shall be considered final. However, users may raise a concern through the support team, and any reasonable complaint will be reviewed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hb77:

• Opening or operating an account on behalf of anyone under 18 years of age.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform through hacking, bots, scripts, or any automated system.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other users.
• Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability in hb77's software or systems.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

Any violation of these rules will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited. Where necessary, the matter may also be referred to law enforcement.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Hb77 may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause within these terms and conditions.
• Failing to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Order from a court or regulatory authority.

Users may request to close their account at any time. Any verifiable balance may be withdrawn before closure, but bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

Hb77 is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government restrictions).
• Financial losses resulting from a user's own gaming decisions.

Hb77 always strives to maintain a fair and secure platform. However, in the event of any loss, hb77's liability is limited to a maximum of the value of the transaction in question.
